"I've been going to Kiss 💋 Aesthetics for about 4 years now. Kim is not only amazing at her job, she is also the owner. She is very thorough, asks a lot of questions and takes her time. The last time I had gone, there was a slight miscommunication or misunderstanding between us as far as which type of filler I wanted her to use which left me wanting a slightly fuller look. She was able to squeeze me in very quickly at one of her locations and explained everything to me in detail. Kim did a touch up for me to my desired result. She would not take a payment from me and of course I was more than willing to pay for it. This 💯 is truly what people are lacking nowadays with not only customer service skills but customer appreciation as well. "Bekah did an AMAZING job on my lips! First, they checked me in, offered me ice water, and brought me to my clean room (the office is aesthetic and beautiful). I then met Bekah and showed her my goal photos, and we talked through what I liked and didn’t like to have an idea of what I hoped my result would be. She told me what she was thinking, numbed me, gave me stress balls, and began her work. She went about halfway and checked with me to see how I was feeling and if I thought any areas needed tweaking, then proceeded to finish with those areas in mind. My result was excellent; we took before and after pictures, and then she told me what to do post injections and what to expect going forward. "OMG! Kim is everything! She is EXTREMELY TALENTED at what she does. Absolute perfection! I regularly go for Botox. I have been getting Botox since 2004 with poor results from prior practitioners, (plastic surgeons), who either didn't know what they were doing and/or were diluting the Botox. The tip-off should have been that within a week after having Botox from these prior practitioners I had full movement in the treated areas. I guess I could have gone back to them for more, but at $19.00 per unit I think not! And with these prior practitioners my results lasted for four weeks, if I was lucky. This is not the case with Kim. Kim is a genius. She is extremely detail-oriented, and knows exactly where to inject/how much. I get sixty-five units and I forget how much per unit but it is WAY LESS than $19.00/unit. And for me the results literally last for a solid four and a half/five months.I have also gotten filler in the lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds from Kim. Likewise perfection! None of the prior practitioners that I went to, (again plastic surgeons), had a clue on the different fillers, which filler would provide the best results, etc. All they kept pushing was "fat grafting," where they take fat from the stomach or buttocks and then harvest it and inject it into the lips or cheeks or nasolabial folds. Why do they push this fat grafting? Because it's way more expensive than fillers, as it is a quasi-surgical procedure. This fat grafting is not a good option at all. It is (a) invasive, as they have to prep the areas with tons of surgical solution and lidocaine, almost similar to stomach surgery and then use a twelve inch needle to yank out fat, (b) with the hundreds and hundreds of different fillers on the market entirely unnecessary, and (c) unpredictable with a high fail rate in that there is a strong possibility that the body will reject it. I know because I got suckered into it once. I looked worse when I walked out then when I walked in! Not over-filled, but the opposite! I have been getting filler for years, and I can honestly say that I walked out of these prior places looking no different than I did when I walked in. Again this is not the case with Kim. She knows about every filler known to man and explains the pros/cons of each filler well. Kim is extremely thorough, and knows where/how much to inject for optimal results. She also takes her time, and ensures the areas are appropriately numbed before she starts her magic. The results are pure perfection! Also and of equal importance is that Kim is extremely sweet and personable, as is her staff. And her facility is absolutely darling, and immaculate, like "eat off of the floor" immaculate.I can't say enough good things about Kim. Definitely a class act, A++++ all the way around!!!"

I was extremely nervous as it was my first filler/med spa experience. Six months later and my lips still have a natural fullness to them. People who don’t know me are surprised when they find out I have lip filler because it looks so natural. The injector: Ashley made me feel so comfortable. I appreciate how she explained the entire process to me. She was quick, efficient, and delivered the natural result I wanted. I truly believe a skilled and trustworthy injector makes a world of difference. The procedure: The procedure itself was at most a 1.5/10 on pain level. With adequate numbing cream, a fine needle, and a skilled injector, the procedure was quick and easy for me. Atmosphere: The spa itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The swelling: I am fair-skinned and bruise easily. My swelling was very noticeable for at least two weeks, but it will subside.This did not affect daily functions, however (gym, eating)."

I have been wanting lip filler in my upper lip for years but was too nervous about the whole process aka mostly the pain… but Lisa numbed my whole mouth with a dental block so I didn’t feel a thing! The recovery was not at all like the 18 “lip filler vlogs” I saw on YouTube either with extreme bruising and pain. I was swollen the first day a lot and the second day a little but less. By the third day I was in zero pain and resumed normal eating and drinking. Lisa is my hero for finally giving me the upper lip I have craved for so many years! Kim I would also say was personable and very informative both of them are clearly very passionate about their work and knowledge. "If you are considering Botox for the first time and are scared, keep reading. If you are looking for a new technician, look no further. Lisa Peña is the absolute best. Stop reading and book your appointment with her. I had been curious for some time about getting Botox in my forehead and for those pesky crows feet but was too nervous to even get a consult. Needles?!? In my face!?! Let me tell you I wish I had gone sooner. Lisa P. is an absolute angel. She was upfront and honest about how many injections I really needed. I felt relaxed and at ease after she explained the whole process to me and what it would feel like. TMI coming up: I have birthed a child, gotten two tattoos, ran the Chicago Marathon and had a 2nd degree burn on my leg so the thresh hold of physical pain I have experienced is pretty broad :) If you are concerned about injections being painful, don’t be. It does not hurt at all. Uncomfortable, yes a little; painful? Not in the least. Lisa has a calming presence about her so any nerves you may have will melt away once she enters the room. I cannot recommend her enough. My first injections were in May and they are holding up beautifully. Lisa was dead-on, balls accurate (it’s an industry term) as to how much/little Botox I needed. My skin was insanely smooth and flawless. My mom could not believe how natural it looked; my sister confessed to "not listening to the last 25 seconds of what you said" because she was too fixated on how amazing my forehead looked!! :) Anyhow.
